"Picks to Crackers; a lobster gourmet's guide to making artful eating utensils"

This workshop is open to vegitarians as well. Students will explore the use, structure and design of eating utensils. Participants will be encouraged to make their own implement which will be critiqued during a final group 'test' meal. We will explore structural integrity, ergonomics and design.

Technical demonstrations will include basics of fabricating, some studio tricks, simple hinges, rivets and simple forging.
